Our trainers and team members are approachable, understanding, empathetic and compassionate. Each person's life is a unique journey with unique ups and downs. So many of our members have stuck with Body Zen Fitness as a supporting and stabilizing factor during the times when they are motivated and during the times they are ... well not so motivated.
This fitness family helps you keep seeing results. Those results can't always be weighed on a scale or measured by tape, but many of us feel lighter, more positive, and more motivated to bring more zen into the other 23 hours of our day. We work because, even with starts and stops, successes and failures, we become a lifestyle for permanant change - in and out of the workout environment.
We offer training that keeps you safe and able to workout, even if you cannot make it to classes! We also offer psychological and nutritional weight manangement counseling sessions both during classes as well as a scheduled add on.
We train to help people lose emotional and physical weight and get emotionally and physically stronger and more fit. You will see your body and mind transform! Get your ZEN AT THE END!
We offer affordable and flexible options because we know that life happens!
Monthly memberships cost between $3.75-$2.17 per class when attending Monday-Saturday once a day. If you are a student, teacher, military member or military spouse (active or retired), we have a deep discount for you! Some memberships qualify for periods of "on hold" if you have travel plans! We have a new family policy that applies to students and families. One monthly or three-month full price membership pays for an entire family or two student roommates.
