You will recieve the 12 days of Christmas fitness challenge program and will get a free shirt if you complete the challenge!
We will send you the challenge via email around the 20th of December. Contact us if you have not gotten it by the 22nd! The challenge will give you pictures for each exercise along with additional contact information and directions.
We also give you 12 wellness goals to bring in the year feeling healthier and happier. These are optional. We encourage you to be committed to doing all 12 goals on the final day!
Rules: Before December 22nd, Select Level I (Basic) or Level II (Advanced). Commit by emailing your choice to Catherine: Staff@BodyZenFitness.com. If you require a substitution due to injury, request one via email. Catherine will email you the package for the level you select as well as the countdown and wellness bonus challenge (an optional boost to your program).
Each day, email Catherine to let her know you have completed that day's challenge. You may take all day to complete your challenge, or do it all at once.
If you successfully complete your full challenge, you earn yourself the choice of a rockin' Body Zen tank-top, t-shirt, v-neck or our traditional stainless steel water bottle! You will also be entered in our drawing to win a free MONTH of unlimited bootcamp in 2017 as well as a 30 minute nutritional consultation. We will give away one free bootcamp package for every 10 people that enter!
You do not need to be a member to join and enjoy the challenge.
